The School of Dental Medicine Class of 2019 participated in the school’s 14th White Coat Ceremony. Seventy-seven second year students were welcomed into the profession, marking the transition from preclinical training to treating actual patients. During the event, the school presented an honorary white coat to John Hunt, '79 BS Accounting, legal counsel for the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners, to recognize his many years of devoted service to dentistry within the state.
