Reimund Serafica (Nursing) and Brendan Tran Morris (Electrical and Computer Engineering) co-authored “Concept Analysis of Dietary Biculturalism in Filipino Immigrants within the Context of Cardiovascular Risk,” which appeared in the “Nursing Forum” of the Wiley Online Library during October 2017. The findings indicate a need to develop culturally appropriate interventions for Filipino immigrants that target consumption of unhealthy food.
