Reimund Serafica (Nursing) received a grant from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Through this grant,  Serafica will study food insecurity, attitudes and adherence to a sodium-restricted diet, mental health in Filipino-Americans with hypertension in a primary care setting, how patients perceive dietary restrictions and how nurse practitioners can use this information to improve clinical management.
