Payal Sharma (Management, Entrepreneurship and Technology), along with co-author Rachel Strum, recently had a paper, "Becoming Powerful at Work," accepted by Organizational Dynamics, Special Issue on Power and Politics in Organizations.
The Honors College Alumnus of the Year says UNLV gave him the confidence to tackle complex problems, a skill he now puts to work as a software engineer at Google.
