Michael Hixon, Kathi Pauli, Ann Diggins, and Anne Weisman (all Medicine) held a workshop at the 2025 Learning Communities Institute (LCI) Annual Conference, titled "Clerkship Connections: Using Reflective Debrief Luncheons to Foster Community and Support Student Growth." Attendees explored the design and evolution of clerkship debrief luncheons at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV. After a brief program overview, participants engaged in a mock debrief session and discussed strategies for integrating similar reflective practices into their own clinical education environments.
