Marketa Trimble (Law) published her latest article, "Unjustly Vilified TRIPS-Plus?: Intellectual Property Law in Free Trade Agreements," in the American University Law Review. The article departs from the typical vilification of intellectual property (IP) law provisions in free trade agreements (FTAs) by identifying and analyzing the positive features of FTA IP provisions that are worth replicating and expanding in future FTAs.
