The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV was selected for the 2026 Golden Pinecone Sustainability Award in the Sustainability Milestones Southern Nevada category. This award recognizes any organization, business, individual or public figure that has made significant progress towards Nevada’s climate action goals or initiatives or infrastructure that makes
a big impact on Nevada and its citizens.
