Presentation: Kimberly Tomas and Soumya Upadhyay

Kimberly Tomas and Soumya Upadhyay (both Healthcare Administration & Policy) presented at the 2018 American Public Health Association annual meeting in San Diego last month. Their oral presentation was titled "Structural Characteristics And Safety Culture Perceptions: The Mediating Role Of Perceived Teamwork And Perceived Handoffs" and their poster presentation was titled "Hospital Cultural Competency and Patient Safety Culture." Tomas is in the master of public health and infection prevention graduate certificate programs.
