Kimberly G James (Music) was elected to the board of directors for the Pan American Vocology Association (PAVA) and will serve as the Western Region Governor. PAVA's mission is to advance the scientific and interdisciplinary study of vocalization across species. PAVA fosters vocology in all countries of the Western Hemisphere through research, training, and dissemination of knowledge. James's three-year term will begin Sept. 1, 2025.
