As part of a class assignment in capstone course BUS 498 taught by Kim Nehls (Dental Medicine), undergraduate business students at UNLV were tasked with reading and reviewing popular nonfiction books in addition to the standard course textbook. This experiential learning “international business book club” activity encouraged critical thinking, collaboration, and global awareness, culminating in professionally written book reviews.
Three student groups transformed their coursework into peer-reviewed publications in academic journals. Congratulations to the following students for their outstanding achievement:
