At the 18th International Conference on Contracts (KCON XVIII), hosted last week by the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Keith A. Rowley (Law) moderated a panel on "Contract, Regulation & Financial Security," made remarks in honor of inaugural distinguished service award recipient Frank Snyder from Texas A&M University School of Law, and presented "Dispatches from the Sausage Factory II: Toward a Less Uniform, not Exclusively Commercial, not Really a Code," as part of a panel on "The Integrity of Commercial Law."
