Dr. Kavita Batra (Medicine) published the article "Neurocognitive Evaluation of Visual Perception and Working Memory Using the Digital Pen (Anoto DP-201) Among Middle School Students with Learning Difficulties in the Moroccan Middle Atlas" in the Iranian Rehabilitation Journal (IRJ). This study explores the relationship between visual perception, working memory, and academic performance among middle school students facing learning difficulties in the Middle Atlas region of Morocco. By examining how these cognitive factors influence academic outcomes, the research highlights the crucial role of neurocognitive evaluation in identifying students with deficits in visual perception and working memory. The findings emphasize the importance of a multidisciplinary diagnostic approach to effectively address and remediate cognitive challenges, ultimately supporting learners with learning difficulties in their academic journeys.
