Jennifer Jaimes, Mehmet Erdem, ChihChien Chen (all Hospitality), and William Doyle (Honors) recently published their paper "An Assessment of Generation Z’s Preferences for Guest-Facing Hotel Technologies" in the Journal of Hospitality. The exploratory study found that guest-facing technologies are an important consideration for Generation Z members when selecting a hotel accommodation and they are willing to pay more for a hotel property that offers them.
