Professor Jeff Stempel (Law) participated in the University of South Carolina’s Symposium on Judicial Independence. He presented his article, "Rediscovering Rawls to Repair Law," and contributed to a panel on judicial practice. The proceedings will be published in an upcoming issue of the South Carolina Law Review.
