Honors: Jaewon Lim

Jaewon Lim (Public Policy and Leadership) won the David E. Boyce Award from the North America Regional Science Council.

This award honors Professor David Boyce, a prominent figure in Regional Science who promoted the Regional Science Association for a number of years and was instrumental in its long-term success. The award acknowledges the service contributions that members have made to Regional Science organizations. 

Lim is a Brookings Mountain West Senior Fellow. He has served as the executive director of Western Regional Science Association since 2018, a voting member for North American Regional Science Council of Regional Science Association International, and a councilor for Pacific Regional Science Conference Organization of RSAI. He also serves as an associate editor for Annals of Regional Science and on the editorial board for the International Journal of Urban Sciences, and Culture and Politics.
