Harriet E. Barlow (The Intersection) received the 2019 Strong Sistah Award in the Cultural Experiences Award presented by Sistahs S.T.R.O.N.G. The presentation was made at the 14th annual Sistah Day Celebration. Sistahs S.T.R.O.N.G. strives to reach the next generation by providing mentoring programs and services to young women and girls ages 10-22. The Intersection is an academic multicultural resource center on campus.
