Dr Erica Stockwell (Business), an MBA student and a graduate of Nevada's only accredited fellowship program in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, recently had two abstracts accepted for presentation at the upcoming 46th AAGL Global Congress of Minimally Invasive Gynecology. This annual scientific meeting is the premier scientific meeting for minimally invasive gynecologic surgeons in the United States. One of her two abstracts, "Abdominopelvic Dissemination of Leiomyomas Following Minimally Invasive Surgery and Tissue Morcellation--A Case Series," was accepted for an oral presentation. Her second abstract, "Developing a Visual Aid to Improve Women's Knowledge of Hysterectomy," was accepted for a poster presentation.
