Dylan Guerin, Cindy Kha, and Kelly Tseng (all Life Sciences) recently published an article, "From Cell Death to Regeneration: Rebuilding After Injury" in Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology. Guerin, recipient of GPSA Research Forum presentation awards, and Kha, recipient of the 2020-21 President's UNLV Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship, are Ph.D. students. Research in the Tseng lab focuses on understanding the genes that stimulate tissue regeneration with the goal of applying this knowledge toward development of regenerative therapeutics.
