Douglas Eck (Physical Therapy) and colleague Kristen Cezat will deliver a presentation titled “Standing with Confidence: Aligning Evidence-Based Frameworks to Optimize Standing-Related Complex Rehab Technology Selection” at the upcoming Paralyzed Veterans of America conference held in Las Vegas. Scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026, their talk will highlight strategies for translating clinical evidence into optimal technology selection for patients. Eck serves as a part-time instructor for the UNLV Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
