Presentation: Darrell Carter

Darrell Carter (Political Science) presented "Built for Brokering: The Impact of IGO Institutionalization on Cooperation" at the 2021 International Studies Association Conference. The paper explores how the structure of an intergovernmental organization, through different levels of institutionalization, impacts cooperation between its members. He is a doctoral student.
