Chris Ditzler, Amber Ford, and Michelle Chan (all Office of Online Education) recently presented a session at the Online Learning Consortium’s 2023 Innovate Conference. OLC Innovate 2023 provided an opportunity for online learning practitioners to share best practices, test new ideas, and collaborate on supporting, enhancing, innovating, and revolutionizing online, blended, and digital education.

Their session, From Guesstimates to Real-time Estimates: The Implementation of Agile Accelerator as the Course Development Tracking Project Management Tool, featured their innovative approach to using Salesforce to enhance transparency and efficiency of online course development. The presentation highlighted their evaluation of the unit's business processes and the implementation of an experimental mindset to rethink the course development process and how to better serve faculty.
