Honors: Cheryl Sgovio

Cheryl Sgovio (Thomas & Mack) received the the 2012 Caterer of the Year Award from the Las Vegas chapter of the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) at a gala awards evening in November. The award is designed to recognize the caterer who has done the most to provide NACE-Las Vegas their time, energy, talents, leadership, and mentorship throughout the past year and beyond. It is given to someone who has gone above and beyond expectations, and has made the chapter better for their efforts. The award is based on the member's level of support, leadership, involvement in chapter programs and meetings, and overall commitment to promoting NACE and the Las Vegas chapter.
