Singh and Anthony Lucas (Hospitality) presented the paper "A comparison of CB-SEM and PLS-SEM in validating online casino e-servicescape theory"  at the virtual conference GLOSERV 2021, May 10-13, 2021,  jointly organized by University of South Florida and University of Naples Federico II,  This article compared the results of the covariance-based structural equations model with those obtained from the partial least squares structural equations model on a dataset from online casino gaming.
