Beomsu Baek, Eunyoung Jang, Phani Parsa, and Mingon Kang (all Computer Science) published an article, titled "Knowledge-guided learning with curated prior genetic biomarkers for robust model interpretation", in the 25th European Conference on Computational Biology (ECCB 2026) (Acceptance rate: 19.64%). The study introduces an innovative idea to incorporate known knowledge to improve the model's robustness and interpretation. The paper is published in Bioinformatics as a special issue.
