Andrew Lugg (Political Science) recently published a co-edited book titled "Globalization in Latin America: The Law, Politics and Economics of Preferential Trade Agreements" at Cambridge University Press. The 13-chapter volume brings together a diverse array of scholars from the fields of economics, political science, and law to better understand how Latin American countries are confronting a new era of globalization through their preferential trade agreements (PTAs).
