Aaron Saiewitz (Accounting) and his co-authors, Mary Kate Dodgson (Lehigh University) and Marcus Doxey (University of Alabama), recently had their paper, "Examining the Use of Trait Skepticism Feedback in Auditor Training," accepted for publication in Accounting Horizons. Their study used an experiment to test the efficacy of a new audit firm training technique, finding that low trait skeptics may benefit from this practice, but it may have unintended consequences when aimed at high trait skeptics. Saiewitz's research is supported by the UNLV Accounting Alumni Faculty Fellowship.
