Combos
As a member of the combo, you will:
- Be placed in small performance groups that include specialized contemporary and guitar ensembles.
- Develop essential repertoire and rehearsal techniques.
- Be required to perform throughout the semester, at UNLV and in the community.
- Rehearse during weekly scheduled times.
- Be required to enroll in the course in order to participate.
Vocal Jazz
Members of vocal combos are selected by audition each semester. You will learn to perform with emphasis on essential stylistic interpretations associated with the jazz vocal repertoire. A rhythm section will be provided.
