Elevating Women Into the C-Suite

Prepare your next level of leadership through the WomenUp program. As featured in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and on News 3 Las Vegas, WomenUp is an immersive, in-depth learning opportunity created by C-suite women for emerging women leaders and their male allies aspiring to executive-level roles.

Why WomenUp?

Women only occupy 31% of senior leadership roles in organizations.

Additionally:

  • Women are 54% less likely than men to have an advocate at work.
  • Women are 20% less likely to receive actionable feedback at work.
  • Women are 8 times more likely to receive feedback on their personalities than men.
“Use your voice so people know who you are. Don't be afraid to stand up in a crowd. And then never have any doubts about your ability to be that person at the top.”

Our Approach

The WomenUp program is built on a foundational belief that actionable feedback is essential to growth. Programming unfolds over four to five months and incorporates a variety of components:

  • Individualized Assessments: Learn more about yourself through taking a customized 360 feedback assessment, a DiSC personality assessment, and a standout self-assessment. These assessments increase self-awareness, clarify strengths, and identify development opportunities.
  • Actionable Coursework: Each session in the WomenUp program includes research-based exercises and assessments. Participants identify personal strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Executive Coaching: WomenUp includes three one-hour coaching sessions to help you analyze feedback and develop a personal action plan.a

Investment

Tuition for the WomenUp Program is $12,500 per participant. This includes pre-work assessments, training materials, coaching sessions, and hosted full-day sessions. Travel and expenses are not included.

Participant and Employer Commitments

Participants will learn as much from each other as they do from the speakers, facilitators, and executive coaches, but only if they fully engage. To do this, we require that all participants commit to being:

  1. Committed to completing pre-work prior to session #1.
  2. Distraction-free with devices off.
  3. In attendance and on-time to each session.
  4. Engaged and a participant in each session.
  5. Willing to ask leaders, peers, and direct reports for feedback using the WomenUp 360 assessment.
  6. Engaged in executive coaching sessions (to be scheduled between the participant and coach).
