Support the College

Gifts support scholarships, professional experiences, assistantships, and student research competitions.

The UNLV Greenspun College of Urban Affairs is located in one of the most dynamic and exciting cities. Our community thrives on constant competition, innovation, and change. Through the college, students have extraordinary learning opportunities and access to the Las Vegas community. Our college goal is for faculty, students, and staff to make a difference in the world by developing effective and original solutions for 21st century urban challenges. Our students are currently developing unique solutions together with our outstanding faculty and many of Southern Nevada's community leaders. We look forward to having you learn more about our college and we hope you are inspired to support our mutual goals.

Financial Support

Financial support is immensely helpful to ensure our students succeed. It's just one way of helping our students. The college appreciates mentorship support for our students, in addition to career and internship opportunities. Please contact the urban affairs alumni chapter to learn about how to get connected to student initiatives.

Dean's Associates

The initial way to show annual support to the Greenspun College of Urban Affairs is to join as a Dean’s Associate. Individuals or corporations that contribute at least $1,000 annually to the Greenspun College of Urban Affairs are invited to university and college engagements throughout the year. Funds given to the Dean’s Associates allow students opportunities to attend conferences or competitions to present papers or research findings.

For more information about the Dean's Associates program, contact the UNLV Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement.

KUNV

KUNV is part of the UNLV Hank Greenspun School of Journalism and Media Studies and serves the UNLV campus and community at-large. KUNV professional staff serve as mentors for students. UNLV students from across the campus work as on-air talent, report the news, produce on-air programs, and create social and digital media content. Students are involved in multimedia projects, including social media management and podcasting. The goal is to prepare students for a wide variety of multimedia careers. Donor support is dedicated to KUNV operations, student internships, and scholarships.
