Melissa Corral, '07 BSBA International Business, '14 JD,  began working as an immigration attorney at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada in April.

Melissa Polsenberg Chytry, '14 JD, is an associate attorney at Hurtik Law & Associates. She and her husband, Stephan Chytry, '02 BA Communication Studies, welcomed a baby girl in July 2017. The family lives in Henderson.

Thomas W. Stewart, ' 11 BA Political Science, '13 Master of Public Administration, '16 JD, is an associate at the law firm of Marquis Aurbach Coffing. He previously served as a law clerk to Nevada Supreme Court Justice Mark Gibbons.

Sonya Parrish Boun, '04 JD, is "of counsel" at Jackson Lewis. She lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. 

Katy Crow

Katy Mills Crow, '86 BSBA - Accounting and Finance, recently was hired by the city of Edgerton, Kansas, as its development services director. Her department oversees planning and zoning efforts, economic development, building code enforcement, and animal control. Edgerton is the home to Logistics Park Kansas City, a 1,700-acre distribution and warehouse development served by Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway's intermodal facility. During the last three years Edgerton has experienced more than $1 billion in development activities and the community continues to grow. She and her husband, Todd Crow, '86 BSBA - Accounting, and '89 MBA, live in Olathe.

James Freeman

James Patrick Freeman, '17 Master of Special Education, is a teacher at J.D. Smith Middle School. The Henderson resident says poker is his hobby.        

Graham Linck

Graham Linck, '08 Doctor of Physical Therapy, was named the Gold Winner for Best Physical Therapist in the Las Vegas Review Journal's 2017 "Best of Las Vegas" publication. Linck, who has worked in traditional physical therapy settings, now is part of an integrated practice  — Advanced Spine and Posture — with chiropractors and other medical professionals, which allows him to treat patients more holistically. He has coauthored textbook chapters and earned specialty certifications. He, wife Miriam "Mimi" Capistrano Linck, '07 MEd, and daughter Lilu will be welcoming baby Lani Aurora this spring.

Wendy Laugesen

Wendy Laugesen, '96 BS Hotel Administration, has been a corporate meeting planner for more than a decade. She says there is nothing quite like the intensity of building up to an event and then getting onsite to see it all come together. In 2008, she obtained her certified meeting professional (CMP) accreditation. In December she was named one of the senior professionals industry network (SPIN) 40 over 40 winners. In April she was recognized at the Smart Woman Summit in Chicago as one of its 100 Women Who Inspire Us. She was recognized in the industry leader category. She enjoys spending her free time volunteering, hanging with her two nephews, hiking/walking the nearby trails or beach, networking with industry peers, participating in book studies with her church small group, participating in game nights, gardening, and visiting the wine region in Temecula, California. She also enjoys traveling and is planning a trip to Fiji for the fall. She lives in San Diego.
