Dedicated Faculty
Students in the department will work closely with dedicated teachers who are committed to giving students individualized attention. The faculty are active professionals that work at national and international theaters and on major films and who are up-to-date in the latest areas of acting and stage technology.
In-Depth Knowledge
In addition to the dedicated faculty, the department's program not only allows students to learn the basics of theater, but to delve deeper into their desired field. Acting students will learn advanced movement, stage voice, various period acting styles, and different acting mediums. Design and technical students learn the most advanced methods through hands-on experience in internships. Students in our department also gain professional experience by acting, directing, stage managing, and writing productions for the Nevada Conservatory Theatre.
