The SEB Assistant Director is in charge of training cleanroom users. Training materials for the Cleanroom can be found below, but formal training must be scheduled through the SEB Administration Office. Please contact us at seb@unlv.edu, 702-774-4SEB (4732), or stop by at SEB-2102.

The Cleanroom is located in SEB on the first floor, rooms 1158 through 1161. The main entrance and exit, via the gownroom, is located off the controlled corridor 1147. The gownroom is the ONLY entrance and exit into and out of the facility, except during emergencies. Those who wish to gain access into the clean room must first go through thorough training and purchase the approved gowning to maintain the integrity of the facility. Further details on how to apply for access can be found in our Access Control page or contacting our office.

Approved gowns are available for purchase through our stockroom. If you would like to purchase cleanroom gowns, please fill out the Cleanroom Gowning Interdepartmental Request (IDR) provided below and bring to the Stockroom in SEB-1108. The Stockroom attendant will provide you a gown after receiving a signed IDR.
