Registration Process

To register, login to MyUNLV. Onsite registration is not available.

After completing the online registration process, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include program times, parking information, directions, and check-in information. This confirmation email will also include a link to the online portal to pay the registration fee for any family or guests who will be joining you. The confirmation email verifies that you are registered for a session. Be sure to check spam and junk mail folders. If you have not received confirmation after completing the online registration process, please email [email protected] with a request to resend the confirmation notice.

We encourage all students to register as soon as possible for an available orientation session, as dates will fill up quickly! The earlier you register for orientation, the better your opportunity for your first choice session. UNLV cannot guarantee an orientation session date, so please do not make travel plans until you have registered for an orientation session and received your confirmation.

Rescheduling or Missing Your Orientation Date

If extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending the New Student Orientation for which you are registered, please notify us as soon as possible before the date passes at [email protected]. In the email please include:

  • Name
  • Date for which you are registered
  • Date you would like to attend (if applicable)

If the orientation date for which you were registered has passed, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to attend an alternate session. For incoming fall semester students, you will still receive advisement and receive your class schedule, but only after our staff has concluded serving the students who participated in New Student Orientation.
