Why Nevada Leaves So Much Federal Money Behind Oct. 15

The Lincy Institute invites faculty to join us in the Greenspun Hall auditorium on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2026, for "Why Nevada Leaves So Much Federal Money Behind." At the event, Lincy Institute Fellow Michael Brown will present new research examining the history, politics, and policies that have caused Nevada to fare so poorly in accessing federal resources for decades and offer recommendations for how Nevada can more effectively interface with federal agencies to reverse this history.
