Her work in global health and nursing science has been widely published and is supported by prestigious institutions, including the National Institute for Nursing Research and the American Heart Association. Additionally, her book, Living a Healthy Life with HIV, was honored as a "Book of the Year" by the American Journal of Nursing.

This event is free and open to the public with RSVPs encouraged. Those unable to attend the presentation in person at the Stan Fulton Building may join the session online via livestream.
