Human Resources is pleased to announce that the Rebel Job Framework for administrative faculty positions is now live.
The Rebel Job Framework establishes a consistent approach to classifying administrative faculty positions and provides greater clarity around roles, responsibilities, and career progression. The Framework aligns administrative faculty positions to a:
- Standardized Rebel Title - Official HR title that may differ from business or working titles
- Career Stream - Identifies whether the position is a professional contributor or manager / leader
- Career Level - Levels 1-5 based on scope and complexity of the role
For complete information and resources, visit the Rebel Job Framework Playbook webpage.
Please note that compensation structure is a future phase of the project. Implementation of the Rebel Job Framework will not result in automatic salary adjustments.
Human Resources has and is hosting informational sessions that provide an overview of the Framework, explain how positions were mapped, review available resources, and answer questions. If you are an administrative faculty member or manage administrative faculty employees, we encourage you to attend one of the remaining informational sessions.
