Join BREATHE©, a UNLV research study helping young adults across the U.S. quit smoking.
Study Title: "Building Resilience & Empowerment Against Tobacco for Healthier Existence (BREATHE)©: A Multi-Theory Model Based Randomized Controlled Trial for Smoking Cessation in Young Adults" (UNLV-2025-174)
Study Details:
• What's Involved: 4-week structured intervention focused on helping you quit smoking.
• Time Commitment: 75-minute weekly sessions over 4 weeks, plus a follow-up after 8 weeks.
• Compensation: Participants who complete the intervention, pretest, posttest and follow-up will receive a $50 Amazon e gift card.
• CONFIDENTIALITY: Your responses will be kept strictly confidential.
Eligibility: Ages 18–29, currently smoke cigarettes, live in the U.S.
Your participation will help us understand what strategies work best for young adults trying to quit smoking and contribute to important public health research.
