Beginning at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 18 concrete repairs and painting will start on the Gateway Parking Garage. Damage repairs will be made to the overhead concrete beam at the ramp just inside the  entrance to the garage. Work will conclude daily at 3am 
to avoid major impacts and disruptions to offices, tenants and businesses. 

• Repair dates: Aug. 18- 21, 2026

• Working Hours: Off-hours, starting daily at 6 p.m. until 3 a.m. or until tasks are completed

• Impact:

  • The contractor will block one lane at a time at the parking garage entrance.

  • The garage will remain accessible throughout the duration of the project.

  • Expect noise from concrete grinding and potential paint odors from beam painting.
