UNLV has purchased the property at 4412 S. Maryland Pkwy., formerly occupied by a Methodist church, as part of its long-term campus growth strategy. Demolition of the existing structure is scheduled to begin later this month. We will announce plans for the site in the future. 

Demolition will take place from March 26 - May 29. During this time, there may be increased noise, dust, and construction traffic in the area.
