The Independent Contractor Services Agreement (ICSA) process for guest speakers or short-term services is changing effective July 1, 2025. Departments will now submit ICSA requests through Jaggaer Contracts+ (UNLV’s Contract Management System).

Once the request is approved in Jaggaer, the department will submit a requisition in Workday using the Independent Contractor requisition type.
