We would like faculty and staff to be aware that UNLV has launched two new ways for students and families to get the help they need: the Call Center and public access to Viva chat.

The Call Center primarily supports Cashiering & Student Accounts and Financial Aid & Scholarships, while also assisting with a wide range of general questions. Students and families can now call 702-774-VIVA (8482) for assistance.

Students can also chat with Viva online for a quick and convenient way to find answers and connect with support.
