The Nevada Law Journal invites you to attend its fall symposium:

“Preserving Democracy: How the U.S. Can Protect Democracy Amidst Constitutional Challenges”

This year’s symposium explores the threats facing our democracy, the reforms needed to restore and protect democratic governance, and the broader implications for society. Presentations will feature authors whose work will appear in Volume 26 of the Nevada Law Journal.
