Lori Church has been appointed associate vice president, Financial Services & Controller.

In this role, Church leads central campus finance operations, including cashiering and student accounts, purchasing and contracts, accounts payable, general accounting, financial reporting and analysis, and financial systems support.

Church joined UNLV’s Financial Services team in 2017, served as deputy controller since 2018, and acted as interim vice president of financial services/controller since Oct. 2023.  

Prior to UNLV, she served as the controller for Coastal Carolina University and held several other senior leadership positions in finance and auditing in banking and higher education. Her credentials include certified public accountant, certified internal auditor, and certified bank auditor.
