Learn simple strategies for improving your search results in the University Libraries’ Quick Search during Connecting the Dots in Primo VE: From Search Terms to Discovery, an online workshop from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Monday, September 21.

Participants will explore how Library of Congress subject terms organize topics behind the scenes and how combining subject terms with effective keywords can make it easier to discover books, articles, and other resources. The session will also cover techniques for finding related materials, identifying different terms for the same topic, and adapting searches as language and terminology evolve.
