The Administrative Faculty Committee invites nominations for the Senior and Junior Administrative Faculty of the Year Award. These awards recognize exemplary administrative faculty who have consistently excelled in their positions and demonstrated significant impact at the university. The two recipients of these awards will be announced at the Academic Achievement Awards Gala hosted by the president and provost. The recipient in each category will receive a $1,500 monetary award and headline on the AFC website. There will also be an honorable mention selected in each category, and they will each receive a $500 monetary award. The Senior and Junior recipients, as well as the honorable mentions will be recognized at the Administrative Faculty Development Day in May 2024.
Senior award - administrative faculty with (8) eight years* or more of service to UNLV.
Junior award - administrative faculty with at least (1) year* of service but less than (8) eight years of service to UNLV.

Deadline to submit nominations is Friday, March 1, 2024, at 5 p.m. The nomination form can be found on the AFC awards website.
