Join the Graduate College for Degrees of Pressure: Navigating Anxiety and Stress in Academia, a timely and informative session focused on mental well-being challenges faced by the academic community. The event will be held on Jan. 29 at 4 p.m. in the UNLV Greenspun Auditorium.

Participants will gain insight into evidence-based strategies for managing anxiety and stress, as well as practical, research-informed approaches that faculty, staff, and supporters can use to better assist students during this high-pressure phase of their academic journey. Together, we will foster conversation, awareness, and support for mental well-being in our scholarly community. Please join us for a reception following the session.
