The AFC Awards Committee is thrilled to announce that, beginning July 1, 2026, two outstanding UNLV administrative faculty members will be recognized each month instead of one! This expansion allows for more recognition of the incredible contributions, dedication, and impact that administrative faculty bring to the university community.

Now is the perfect time to recognize a colleague who goes above and beyond! Nominate someone for this award.

July nominations are due by July 31, 2026. To qualify, the administrative faculty must:

• Be a full-time UNLV administrative faculty employee.
• Be employed at UNLV for at least one year at the time of application.
• Not have won the award within the last year.
• Not have been formally disciplined within the last year.

The awardee will receive $150, a certificate, and a headline on the AFC website. Winners are also encouraged to apply for the Administrative Faculty of the Year Award.
