Rob Levrant (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) spoke on an expert panel at the 2022 Osher Institutes National Conference, "What You Really Need to Know to Ask for Money in Person." His portion of the presentation focused on the nexus between fundraising and community-building in the context of a membership-based lifelong learning community.

Robert Levrant and Toniann DeSousa (both Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) presented "Enhancing the Volunteer Experience to Meet Programmatic Outcomes" at the 2019 Southern Regional Conference on Learning in Retirement in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (Continuing Education) was the OLLI part of the OLLI & Friends team that participated in the Susan G. Komen: Race for the Cure in May. The team was awarded two trophies -- one for the top fundraiser in the College Division and one for having the largest team participating in the Las Vegas walk.
