Pedro Jule (Registrar) has been elected to serve on the Administrative Faculty Committee. 
Jennifer Bonilla (Registrar and Health Care Administration) has been appointed by Gov. Brian Sandoval to the Board of Directors of the Public Employees' Benefits Program. Her appointment to serve NSHE employees and other Nevadans will run from July 1, 2018, to June 20, 2022.
Philip Danquah (Environmental and Occupational Health) is this year's recipient of the prestigious Michelle Chino Dissertation Scholarship awarded by the School of Community Health Sciences.
