Gov. Steve Sisolak says Nevada has received some parts from the federal government to make more test kits for the coronavirus but the state does not have anywhere near the supplies needed to test widely.

Nevada’s public universities and colleges are easing grading and financial requirements because of systemwide school closures over COVID-19.

UNLV Medicine, which has conducted tests on more than 2,000 people for coronavirus, received an additional 250 test kits late Monday, allowing curbside testing to continue through Thursday.
